Job Summary

If you are looking to join a team where you can champion rolling out relevant tools and providing analytics to support teams responsible for product development lifecycle, then this is the position for you. You will be responsible for evaluating various tools in the marketplace and selecting the one that meets our business needs. You will work with IT as well as other partners across the business in rolling out of systems/tools. These tools will enable a single source of truth with all necessary data integrated in a frictionless fashion. You will work with your assigned IT Team/partners to ensure the accuracy of data that is being used for doing analytics. You will work with key decision makers to provide them dashboards and self-service tools that can provide them key data in a very easy to understand fashion. The mission is “Right data at the right time”. You will drive the strategy of presenting the right data that is relevant for various decision-making purposes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive communication management: Communication format, communication cadence, status/metrics reporting covering project & portfolio perspective, in support of data driven decision making.

• Strategy and governance (support strategy team): Portfolio prioritization model, governance framework define project performance indicators.

• Create & Implement Resource management Model: Planning and staffing, scenario planning, time tracking, contractor vs employee analysis, skillset balancing.

• Create project budget process: Budgeting and outlook for projects.

• Roll out of systems/tools (by working with IT or partner) that enables a single source of truth with all necessary data integrated in a frictionless & transparent fashion.

• Implementation & anchoring of initiatives OCM (Organizational Change Management) for achieving transformation.

• Bridging business requirements into system and processes by collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Contribute to Capability Centre strategy aimed at maturing the project and portfolio management.

• Build and implement the SOW process when applicable.

Travel Requirements

Position may involve travel up to 10-20% of the time. Overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.

About You

• Proven subject matter expert in establishing best practices as it relates to PMO tools and analytics.

• Has experience successful leveraging partners to create the right business outcome.

• Demonstrated leadership and knows how to effectively thread the needle in the organization to ensure the PMO COE has the necessary impact.

• Ability to influence without authority, listening and collaborating with different stakeholders.

• Brings a level of positivity and sense of urgency to the organization that imbues rest of the team with a similar mentality.

• Proven expertise in working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where the teams are multi-disciplinary. Thrives under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree. Master’s or Ph.D degree is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Hybrid, with expectation to come to the office with some regularity (1-2 days every other week as a minimum).
