*Wage (gross) and other rewards: * minimum 1000€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + quarterly bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company.

About the role:

To participate in the execution of existing product development projects, IS customer’s projects and base business projects according to global SOP - Change Control process in an appropriate way specifically with regards to artwork creation and update as well as labeling processes in general.

Your key duties and responsibilities as a Product Graphic Specialist:

  • Creation of new arts and maintenance of existing arts (peel, inner and outer labels) Implementation of changes in the arts before submission to GPD.

  • To participate in the execution of operations´ projects with regards to labeling and printing systems.

  • Administrator of Nice label software. Ensure the software configuration change is implemented based upon the business needs specified in URS. Execute and prepare validation documentation in cooperation with IMQA.

  • Managing and support for other Nice label users.

  • Key position in printing system (software, hardware) troubleshooting on the shop floor, communication with other internal (IT, TD) and external (vendors) stakeholders to maintain the system.

  • Creation and update local documentation associated with labeling area to be in compliance with QMS, standards and global procedures.

  • To provide support and mentoring to others to ensure labels in production are continuously printed in accordance with the valid documentation.

  • To ensure compliance with the legislative and internal requirements of the EHS and to participate in the fulfillment of the company's targets in the EHS area.

  • Speaking: Yes English

  • Writing/Reading: Yes English

About you:

Education / Qualifications:

  • Technical high school.

  • Advanced skills for work with PC, ability to work in programs: Microsoft Access, Adobe Illustrator, Nice label, SAP, EDMS.

  • Language skills: Good written and spoken skills in English.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 13485, MDD, FDA, GS1 regulations and regulatory principles with respect to Document Management.
