About the role:
You are a strategic brand manager and a leader who can build brand awareness while augmenting the brand value and the overall profitability in the Nordic region for the DtC segment. You will make decisions within the annual Nordic brand plan.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Nordic Digital brand plan
Expand the brand image, market share and improve the overall brand perception, by being a brand identity manager
Optimize the patient/consumer journey by monitoring the cNPS (Consumer Net Promoter Score)
Detect consumer painpoints and develop plans for corrective actions
Develop and optimize digital platforms and DtC marketing campaigns (Set goals, Measure performance, Analyze results, Implement changes)
Understand the behavior of the target audience and act as a brand solutions manager
Maintain budgets, predict market trends and sales, along with assessing KPI and ROI
Work closely with CIC team and optimize DtC / me+ platforms
Lead DtC acquisition/nurturing brand campaigns by collaborating with teams across different verticals such as CIC, Global marketing, creative, legal, and so on
Key requirements:
The brand manager should be flexible and easily adapt to the dynamic and transitional market of today
Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally within the brand manager job scope.
Deliver consistent, clear brand DtC messaging, aligned with our global branding and strategy
Develop digital platforms for effective HCP engagement e.g. homepage, ShowPad
Develop and execute Nordic digital brand plan that drive expansion and growth
Track campaign and launch effectiveness in CRM, ShowPad, TalkDesk, PowerBI, Google analytics.
Digitally savvy and the ability to map / make the customer journey enriching
Living up to the highest standards of ethics and compliance, following the European Medtech rules
Education/ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
General sales, marketing and digital experience from the health care industry
Travel Requirements
This position may involve travel up to 15% of the time, mostly within Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland) but European travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.
Languages
Fluent English (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
Relevant Nordic language (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
Working conditions
Hybrid working – 2 number of days per week in the office in Solna, driven by business requirements as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working.
