ConvaTec Sales Rep,AWC(Nanchang/南昌) in China
General Field Sales & Account Management work is focused on face-to-face selling and account management activities including:
•Face-to-face sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers
•Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
•Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations
•Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.

1推广产品,完成销售指标/Promote products, accomplish sales target
关注于所辖市场和地域内的相关客户,制定有效的策略与计划,完成个人销售指标。Meet personal sales targets as established, focusing on accounts, which are stable in nature within identified markets or geography.
拜访医生、护士及相关人员,了解临床需求,合理有效地推广产品。Visit doctors, nurses and relevant personnel, get to know clinical demands, and promote products reasonably and effectively.
拜访设备科人员,维护产品供应渠道的畅通。Visit clients of equipment division and maintain the smoothness of product supply channel.
收集Convatec产品和竞争对手的信息,并将重要信息汇报给上级主管。Collect the information of Convatec products and competitors, and report important information to the line manager.
参与诸如重要的推广活动、新产品上市及新市场启动等项目。 Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
2 学习产品知识,提高销售技巧/Study products knowledge and Improve sales skill
参加公司内部的产品研讨会及培训学习产品知识,平时在拜访医生的同时向医生学习其专业领域内的有关知识。Attend internal products seminar to study products knowledge, and learn from doctors in their profession realm when visit doctors.
在业余时间自学相关产品知识。Learn on self-study in spare time on relevant product knowledge.
在每周例会上练习产品演示技巧及销售技巧:通过自学、同事之间的交流及公司内部销售培训,提高销售技巧。Practise product presentation skills & role play skills in weekly meeting, and improve sales skills through self-study, intercommunion & internal sales training.
3、费用管理/Expenses Management
根据销售任务达成合理制定预算,并按预算使用费用。Plan budget in reason according to sales achievement and expend cost according to budget.
合理分配销售资源。 Distribute sales resources in reason.
按照公司的有关财务制度进行报销,严禁弄虚作假及违规核销。Reimburse expenses according to company finance policy. 10%
4 客户服务/教育Customer service/education
定期组织病人教育会。Organize educational meeting for patients periodically.
建立患者管理系统,跟进病人治疗情况。Establish patients’ management system, and track patients’ situation of treatment.
5 团队合作/Team cooperation
在日常工作中与同事沟通交流。Communicate with colleagues in daily work.
参加有关会议,按照分工完成各自任务。如在会议或活动中遇到紧急情况,与同事协商解决,以保证会议和活动的顺利进行。Implement own task according to the meeting decision; if anything urgent but during meeting or activities, cooperate with colleague to resolve.
有责任将获悉的不良事件在获悉当日尽快报告给法规事务部。Be responsible for reporting all the adverse events to Regulatory Affairs Department on the day when you become aware of the event.
6 销售报告和报表/Sales reports
按时准确地提交销售报告/报表。 Submit sales reports on time and ensure accuracy.
准备相关的销售演讲、销售策划书并提交上级主管审核。 Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals subject to review by supervisor.
一、相关工作经验 Years of relevant work experience
· 3年以上医疗行业环境中的销售推广经验,有跨国公司工作经验者优先。3+ years of sales experience in healthcare industry, work experience in multinational companies preferred.
二、学历要求Requirement on educational background
· 大专或以上学历;医学、护理或其他相关专业。College diploma or above. Medicine, Nursing and other relevant majors.
三、技能和知识 Skills & Knowledge:
· 良好的人际沟通能力 Well-developed interpersonal skills
· 为临床/治疗方案定位产品和服务的能力 Position products & service for clinical / therapy solutions
· 能够使用销售工具跟踪和开发客户 Ability to utilize sales tools to track & develop accounts
· 良好的组织计划和时间管理能力 Sound organization and time management
· 业务规划能力 Business Planning
· 良好的电脑操作水平 Sound PC skills
· 熟悉医疗器械耗材市场 Well versed in medical device market
· 完善的产品知识、病理知识及临床知识 Advanced product knowledge/disease knowledge/therapy awareness
· 了解客户需求并提供有效地解决方案 Understands customer needs & solution selling
· 良好的销售思路和方法 Advanced selling methodology
· 良好的市场营销理念 Advanced marketing concepts
