Job Summary: Ensure that all quality operations are functioning properly according to written procedures. Obtain continuous improvement in all activities by training and developing the team of collaborators to increase their skills and knowledge. In addition, this role is responsible for guaranteeing that all operations on the manufacturing floor are in compliance with the applicable

regulations.

Responsibilities may include:

• Ensure that activities related to CAPAs and nonconformities generated during the manufacturing process are completed.

• Responsible for managing all SAP activities related to Quality Management, including follow-ups, training, etc.

• Develop, improve and review the department's procedures and work instructions to support and ensure to meet the compliance requirements.

• Handle quality and regulatory issues, detected in audits, customer complaints and product/material failure investigations.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or related careers.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Quality Area.

• Knowledge in CAPAs and stadistic techniques.

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and ISO 13485: 2003/CFR 820 standars.

• Intermediate - Advanced English Level is required.
